do I need to be fit?

Jiu Jitsu is for everyone. People at all levels of fitness can try Jiu Jitsu and by adopting it as a lifestyle you will form healthy habits and make positive lifestyle choices that increase your fitness levels. 

is your gym clean ?

We take hygiene standards very seriously at UDA, and we vacuum, mop and disinfect our gym each night after training. We also communicate our gym etiquette rules to everyone

working with children check?

All our instructors have current Working with Children’s Checks and are very experienced training our youngest members. Children’s safety is paramount to us, and our priority is to create a safe environment for children to learn and develop their skills over many years.

how often should i train?

For your own development, we recommend training at least twice a week as the minimum requirement. If you’re able to train 3 - 5 times per week, you will see much faster progress in your fitness, techniques and understanding of Jiu Jitsu.

how do memberships work?

We recommend that everyone takes a trial class, to see how they go. After this, if all goes well, check out our membership options to join. We don’t have any contracts, enrolment fees, or upfront payments, so you can cancel anytime and resume anytime. Just get in touch with us and we can help you out.
